I cranked up all the knobs so this actually runs at about 1 FPS but it turns out if you save a bunch of frames in a sequence and assemble them into a gif you can just pick whatever framerate you want
also he's kinda stretched on the Z axis bc parsing DICOM files is a giant pain
I'm reusing everything from this thread:
Mostly just swapped out the dynamic volume with a static CT scan, which promptly obliterated performance bc it's like 16x the resolution
