realized I never posted the finished version of the URP skin rendering tech I was working on

the BRDF stuff is still using unity's lighting functions, just with some pretty cool screenspace SSS tech in the middle

got it running fast enough for mobile too! [for some definitions of "fast enough" and "mobile"]

also credits: this was for my Actual Job at @LevelEx , not a solo hobby thing. Alex Gilbert (who AFAIK is not on twitter) also did a bunch of work on this, particularly with dissecting URP's lighting functions to split diffuse illuminance apart from speculars (a colossal pain)
